Petch Nava Hope Care's 28-Day Rehabilitation Program: Helping the One You Love Become Themselves Again

Bringing someone you love back to everyday life takes time, understanding and step-by-step care. Petch Nava Hope Care designed a 28-day rehabilitation program in four phases of seven days each, every phase with clear goals that build on the one before. After the program, we continue care for another three months.
The 28-Day Rehabilitation Program at a Glance

The program has four phases: stabilisation, self-understanding, physical and mental recovery, and preparing to return to society. It is followed by a fifth phase: three months of continuing care after going home.
Every phase rests on three principles: professional standards, an expert team, and care from the heart.
Phase 1: Stabilisation (Days 1-7)

The first week lays the groundwork for treatment. The team gets to know each person in detail so the plan fits them.
This phase covers physical and mental health assessment, a medical check-up and drug screening, assessment of temperament, behaviour and emotions, building trust between the person and the team, and an individual recovery plan.
Phase 2: Understanding Yourself (Days 8-14)

Once body and mind are ready, the second week helps the person understand themselves and begin changing the thinking that leads to problems.
The core activities are finding the real cause of the problem, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), group therapy, managing emotions and stress, and counselling.
Phase 3: Physical and Mental Recovery (Days 15-21)

The third week restores energy through activities that rebuild body, brain and mind, alongside new healthy habits.
Activities include activity and art therapy, exercise, yoga and meditation, brain and memory recovery, life skills, and building discipline and self-confidence.
Phase 4: Preparing to Return to Society (Days 22-28)

The final week prepares the person to go home, with the family taking part, because family is the most important support after the program ends.
This phase includes family communication skills, life and career planning, managing risks and triggers, family therapy, and a written life plan for after the program.
Phase 5: Three Months of Continuing Care

The first months at home are when encouragement matters most. Petch Nava Hope Care does not leave the person or the family to face them alone: we continue care for three months after the program.
This includes regular follow-up, an online support group and counselling by specialists, to help reduce the chance of relapse.
Resort-Style Riverside Accommodation, Private and Safe

Facilities include air-conditioned single rooms, a riverside dining room, a gym and counselling rooms.
